IT Support Technician
Description:
Entry level position that will work under the direction of our IT Staff.
Responsible for recommending and selling computer related equipment
and services which provide the best solutions for our customers.
This position is also responsible for performing technical duties such as
diagnostics, memory installations, modem installations, hard drive
installations, internal card/drive installations, software installations,
and PC Tuneups. Provide first-line help desk/user support. Associates must possess strong
customer service and communication skills. Computer sales experience
helpful, but we will train. Experience on Apple/Mac and/or Linux is a plus.

Associate System Administrator
Description:
Responsible for providing support for Windows Servers and Active Directory.
This position is also responsible for performing technical duties such as

more effectively utilize MIS resources.

System Administrator (Windows, SQL Server)
Description:
We are seeking a System Administrator with Windows Server, Exchange and MS SQL administration
skills. This person will join a small IT team and play a key role in the installation, integration,
configuration, testing, implementation and management of the network and server infrastructure environment.
The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):
2+ years of Windows Server administration experience
Experience with MS Exchange Server Administration
Experience with MS SQL Administration
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of Web Servers, VPN networking
